Introducing the Cosy Chocolate Company
The Cosy Chocolate Company craft luxury drinking chocolates from natural ingredients at its Worcestershire production base in the UK. The flaked drinking chocolate, which is made by the team, is designed to be swirled into hot milk to create the perfect ‘cosy’ hot chocolate. There are several flavours in the range, from buttery salted caramel to fruity raspberry and dark chocolate - and a quite a few flavours between!
Its chocolate is sold in Kraft brown pouches, and the team were looking for a new supplier who could produce good quality labels (with a reliable adhesive, clear print and true colours), in-keeping with its ‘cottage business’ theme, appealing to its customers.

Longer term commitment
The initial order was for circular ‘logo’ labels which are placed on each of the products. However, after being so pleased with the quality of the print run, The Cosy Chocolate Company ended up transitioning all its label requirements over to AA Labels. It now prints the brown parcel paper front labels plus the back ingredient’s labels. The finished labels are delivered in handy resealable boxes which ensures easy and accessible storage, which made Jenny and the team even more impressed with the overall level of service.
Easy to work with
The service from AA Labels has continued to have been as professional and personal, with fast turnaround times, even as the business has grown. Initial orders were quite small, but this has increased over time with larger orders being placed – however The Cosy Chocolate Company is delighted that his has not affected delivery times at all.
